My work is a process of form reaching towards beauty. Whether it being design, sculptural, architectural or functional. The design philosophy is simple: form follows function, using only the essential lines to define the object, it’s about how form presents itself, the message it conveys and the feelings that it calls forth.

By giving my sculptures a title, I am giving them life, opening channels to communicate their story to the observer. The sculpture and all its stories can co-exist without needing explanation from its creator.

Steel is often perceived as a hard, cold, strong and unyielding material and often it evokes that same emotion. I express other qualities of metal by stretching the physical plasticity of the material which enhances the image and conveys the emotional message of the sculpture.

I have a keen interest in the natural oxidation process of steel and the visual qualities that this adds to the material, but also like applying colour which adds a different dimension and speaks its own language.

The idea within each piece usually dictates how the medium is best used to the ends of communicating a feeling.

In my current work there are a few different veins of exploration. I am not following strict constringent themes but sometimes rather use the material to express itself through the medium.

My work is to create a balance between the spiritual and the physical world – through my thoughts, word and deeds, a process of uniting imagination and sensation with physical matter.

Why should I upgrade to Internet Explorer 7? Microsoft has redesigned Internet Explorer from the ground up, with better security, new capabilities, and a whole new interface. Many changes resulted from the feedback of millions of users who tested prerelease versions of the new browser. The most compelling reason to upgrade is the improved security. The Internet of today is not the Internet of five years ago. There are dangers that simply didn't exist back in 2001, when Internet Explorer 6 was released to the world. Internet Explorer 7 makes surfing the web fundamentally safer by offering greater protection against viruses, spyware, and other online risks.
